What a special special place!! We recently booked Finca Gomera for 4 days for our wedding celebration and nothing compares to it. Gary and the team have the most beautiful finca, in a gorgeous idilic setting far away from anything else. We hired the whole venue for our guests for the full 4 days hosting our wedding and pool party and had zero complaints. The rooms are all very spacious and decorated beautifully, the pool area is one of the biggest highlights and we spent hours around there with friends everyday. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, and the staff very attentive throughout. We cannot recommend Finca Gomera enough, it now holds a very special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to return every year.
An absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay in. A hidden gem. Surrounded by vineyards and vast fields. The architecture, aesthetics, hospitality, views and most importantly the feel of peace and serenity was lovely. Wish to stay there more. Though it’s a bit far away from the centre, if you’re renting a car, which is helpful to rent in Mallorca to begin with, it doesn’t really matter. Truly worth it.
We booked Suite Gomera which is their nicest suite. It was quite beautiful with gorgeous views from our balcony. It was very quiet and peaceful. We were given a complimentary wine for booking with their fall promo. We also had complimentary breakfast which was good. We are unable to give 5 stars due to our opinion on their bedding and pillows. I recommend management considers upgrading in these areas if they advertise as a luxury accommodation. They were very thin and the fabric was scratchy. Guests considering this property should also note it is not a convenient location, and we knew this ahead of time. It only became a problem when we were hungry, and didn’t want to leave the premise. We ate our leftovers from dinner the night prior in the common space upstairs, but we were informed by Caroline we were not allowed to do this due to their ant problem. We were told we can finish our meal, but to clean up after ourselves. We respect this policy, however, perhaps it should be listed on their website, guidebook in the rooms, during the welcome tour, or some sign. We did see another guest use the outdoor microwave. We also thought the cost for a replacement towel was too high so we were okay with reusing the same towel for a 3 night stay.
