Very prompt staff that pays attention to their guests. Very accommodating. Clean and quiet. Very peaceful, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere with a nice swimming pool. Valentina and I were more than satisfied with our stay.

The property is warm and clean, although the rooms are old and could use some remodeling, including doors and closets. The breakfast is typical of the region and delicious. The facilities are pleasant, and the pool is clean and pleasant. It is located 5 minutes from the coffee park and 10 minutes from Montenegro town.

Awful experience from the start until the very end. Unclean rooms. One of the rooms smelled like poop and to change it for another room they were trying to charge us. All rooms were heavily full of dust. We’ve found an used toothbrush in one of the bathtubs and a cockroach in one of the rooms. The whole place was full of flies it was barely possible to eat. The pool was dirty and full of algae. The staff tried to convince us it was safe to swim in but the pool was clearly in bad conditions. They barely tried to clean it afterwards with chemicals but pools aren’t safe for use after a chemical treatment right after. The hotel promised a restaurant with multiple choices upon request but when we arrived they said they can only prepare one type of meal in disregard of any dietary restrictions. Several of my family members were stomach sick the day after eating here and one of them was left with an acute intoxication (vomiting, nausea, headache, urticaria and shivers). The facility conditions were quite bad. One chair and one stool were broken and one of us actually fell because of it. Overall a nightmarish experience.
