My wife and I stayed here last September for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink, some snacks, and even a free upgrade to one of the suites. When the air conditioning in our room stopped working, the staff quickly moved us to another suite (as it couldn't be repaired immediately), which was just as cozy and comfortable. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was quite cold! I didn’t mind, but my wife preferred the indoor pool, which was much more enjoyable for her. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

This was one of the most relaxing stays I have had in as long as I can remember. The staff was outstanding, accommodating any need quickly and with a smile. The yoga was in the most beautiful setting and I received the most amazing massage from Natalia. The spa is worth checking out with their steam and dry saunas, showers, and jacuzzi pool. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was probably the biggest surprise to me - don’t skip it. The rooms maintain the original character, and the only thing I would say is that they need to work on the guest room A/C, as my room never got below 24 at night and I heard similar from other guests (although theirs seemed to get a little cooler than mine). I will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a truly stunning mountain setting – peaceful and picturesque. However, the very remote access road is time-consuming and difficult, which makes you want to stay on the property. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience starts to fall short. The architecture has charm and the layout resembles a small Spanish village, which is lovely in theory. But the lack of privacy is striking: terraces and rooms are divided only by transparent fences, and there’s very little greenery or visual separation. Even from the breakfast terrace, you can look directly into the pool suite, which takes away from the atmosphere. The staff was consistently warm and helpful – a definite highlight. We were kindly upgraded to a junior suite, but sadly couldn’t enjoy the terrace due to a complete lack of privacy, as both staff and guests had a direct view inside. Rooms are spacious but outdated. The mattress was completely worn out and caused significant back pain, and poorly sealed windows and doors let insects in. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: overly greasy, not very fresh, and clearly not at the standard the price would suggest. The hot dishes ordered à la carte were poor, and the drink selection was surprisingly limited – only Nespresso capsule coffee, no brewed coffee, and not even basic black or green tea available. In its current state, the hotel doesn’t invite you to linger and relax, which is unfortunate given its location. At this price level, expectations are much higher. With more thoughtful design (especially for privacy), a modernized interior, improved bedding, more greenery, and a better kitchen, this could be a truly special place. Right now, it doesn’t justify the cost.
