Great stay, very quiet and peaceful location. Had the pool to ourselves majority of the stay. Just be mindful of the swimming pool as my wife was stung by a wasp but there’s a net to clear it out prior to getting in. Will be returning.

Amazing stay at Sa Rota with our 10 month old - apartments really well equipped, pool was refreshing, views amazing, and really handy location to see the island of Majorca. Highly recommend!

Overall nice location and setting- good to get around the island but very poor property management and the place being a bit run down leading to a stressful trip. We were really looking forward to this after reading such great reviews and the photos on the website but it was just such a let down Pros - [ ] Comfortable bed - [ ] Good AC which was much needed - [ ] Beautiful terrace private for each unit - [ ] Peaceful- not busy - and picturesque. It is idyllic and very pretty. Lots of places to sit it seems. Hardly other people around - [ ] Close to some nice small towns - [ ] Enough shaded parking for everyone - [ ] Location (pro and con): able to see lots of the island because it is central Cons - [ ] Location: though you can see more of the island, everything is still a 60 min drive away and the property is in a VERY remote location - [ ] Check in: absolutely horrible. They sent a link which did not work a few days before. We tried to contact them and received no response. We had to wait an hour outside before we could be let in because no one shared the codes or access to get into the hotel. Other guests had similar issues. This was disappointing after traveling all night and day to get there. It made our whole trip more stressful - [ ] Communication: as above it was very hard to get in touch with ANYONE prior to arriving at the property. We booked through Hyatt they couldn’t help and the numbers given for the hotel didn’t work. It was awful especially when trying to check in. They just really did not seem to care. They also had no record of our payment and even though we shared our payment confirmation they persistently kept asking for additional confirmation. There are clearly some property management issues at play - [ ] No running water: on day 2 we woke up to no running water. We WhatsApp’s to let them know and they they just said they would check. It was a heatwave. We received no apology or extra bottled water or anything in weather that hot it was extremely disappointing. We left the Airbnb that day and when we came back it was fixed. They had people on it but better customer service would have been nice - [ ] The price point: this place is not cheap and for what you pay you really get nothing. There’s no one to contact if you have issues. You really don’t get much for what you pay for - [ ] Run down: our apartment (3) was nice but things kept breaking. The curtain rail completely fell down due to there not being stoppers on the ends. Knobs were falling off the cabinets. Overall TLC is needed desperately - [ ] The bugs!: not in hotels control but be warned. By the pool and everywhere there are swarms of flies and wasps. Laying out constantly they landed on us and buzzed around our faces to the point we could not relax. Additionally they flew into the pool and the whole pool was covered in bugs. They have a net to clean but we cleaned it and almost immediately it was covered in bugs again. Additionally on our last day we came back to an ant infestation in the kitchen and right outside our apartment. Very sad
