Finca & SPA Vereda Real

We were in Alcaraz for a sporting event and we reserved one of the houses on this Finca. The Finca is huge and has an entrance with a building that should be the restaurant but it seems to be closed, maybe due to the end of the summer season, as is the pool. It has a large enough parking lot to leave vehicles. The casitas are in another building not far from this main one. The entire exterior is illuminated with sensor lights, for when night falls. There are about 6 houses, all together which are divided into 3 and 3. They have a hall together. The house is on the ground floor, with a living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. They have air conditioning, TV in all rooms, microwave, vitro, refrigerator, etc... The truth is that they are very complete and very clean. We really liked our stay and if we return to this town we will surely return to this Finca. Highly recommended.

The environment is very nice, the apartment is good but the kitchenware issue is fatal, they serve six people and they don't have anything, the glasses are super small, the pans are pitiful, there is no knife to cut and the vitro was terrible. We had a problem with the sofa bed that was broken and Cristina (the manager) tried to solve the problem herself since the manager was missing. In the end he gave us another mattress and we put it on top of the other one and my friend slept with them on the floor since it was impossible to change the sofa. The best of all was Cristina, super nice and attentive.

Quite a few things to improve, with so much land no place to hang out outdoors, since if you go with friends you want to be together, the houses are good but with quite a few very basic flaws (glasses that looked like shot glasses, butter knives that don't cut, there is no oven, 1 hand towel per bathroom for 3 days, the bathrooms without locks, you turn the tap on cold and it comes out hot, air conditioning dripping...) if you are allergic to wasps, don't even think about going there. Wasp nests above the door of the house, poor communication (I had to be insisting to know when to go and if I don't ask what time we have to leave they don't even tell me), the swimming pool quite dirty, the garbage cans outside the premises on the other side, the cleaning quite bad... We will not return. Nice town, nice place, bad management.
