Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel

We stayed here for a few days. On our trip to the Galapagos and it was excellent. The staff were all amazing, the drinks were excellent and the room was perfect. We had a beautiful view and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The only downside was we opted for a day excursion to North Seymour on their yacht and it was not really worth the money. They marketed the experience very well but it didn't really live up to the expectations that their marketing promises and especially at the price point. The guides and yacht crew were all excellent but it was just a very run of the mill experience. We would have preferred to stay on property and would likely have not booked that excursion had we known what it was. If we are back in the Galapagos we would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel for some R&R after a cruise around the islands. Location is great, a short complimentary water transfer from the main dock and secluded. Rooms excellent, beautiful pool, delicious food, and hotel is very serene and relaxing. Alfonso, the manager, was very friendly and welcoming, explaining the facilities and excursions that could be organised to enhance our stay. He went out of his way to assist us and has an excellent team who were all very attentive and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

The entire staff at the this hotel is phenomenal! We were taken care of the second we arrived and we felt so welcomed! Finch Bay was a dream and my fiance and I can't wait to come back! Shout-out to Alfonso, Sandy, Carolina, Wagner, Alex, and the entire housekeeping and Grounds Crew staff! Your care and hospitality was above and beyond and we can't thank you enough! Last note: definitely book the Sea Lion Yacht. The animal encounters are like none other!
