We have spent 3 nights here. Great apartment on the top level (suit?). Very nice terrace for enjoying breakfast or afternoon wine. The rest is fine however nothing special. Kitchen facilities are OK an fridge works well. Nothing to complain for backpacking tourist. Close to the centre, bus stations and other things you would like to take.

Comfortable rooms with kitchen and a balcony. Right in downtown next to the port with shops and ristorantes close enough. There's no reception here, you need to do your check in at a different hotel two mins walking away

We booked this apartment for a 5-day stay, from a Wednesday to the following Monday. We had the 5th floor apartment with a terrace We went to the beach a few times and the apartment got a bit sandy so we needed a clean. We also needed a change of towels on Saturday (3-4 days after we arrived). Nobody came to tidy it up during our first few days so I sent them a message asking for our room to get a bit of a clean. Was told they would come the following morning (Sunday) and we were happy with that as it's an apartment so we didn't expect them to come clean the room every day. They didn't show up when they said they would. I then asked them to at least bring us some fresh towels, which they did, but when we opened the door we were given some pretty awful death stares, as if we had asked for the moon and as if our request was utterly unreasonable and unacceptable. In our whole stay our apartment didn't get cleaned once. In most aparthotels they do come by every now and again but apparently not here. When we arrived we were told over WhatsApp that we needed to check ourselves in and pay the City Tax, which was not disclosed anywhere. I tried paying at reception but they were never there. Told me to let them know 30 minutes beforehand if I wanted to pay so they could come over and collect the payment. I even arranged an appointment to pay and they didn't show up. They have asked me every single day to pay for this City Tax over WhatsApp but they haven't made it easy. Eventually I just had to ask them for their bank details so I could transfer them the money. Also, if you are a light sleeper or you enjoy sleeping in: stay away. There's some construction going on in the building and they are drilling into the walls already at 7:30-8:00AM. Extremely loud, not quiet at all Lastly, the shower is awful, it has little to no pressure and it goes from hot to cold in seconds. We didn't bring it up because given the service, they would have told us that someone would come to fix it and then nothing would happen. If you're looking to stay in Trapani for a few days, do yourselves a favour and book somewhere else.
