I feel compelled to share this extremely disappointing and dangerous experience. A few days ago, I ordered a dish that contained mushrooms, and shortly after eating it, both I and others in my group began to feel very unwell. We later realized that the mushrooms had clearly been sitting for several days – they were spoiled, and we strongly suspect they were toxic. This led to symptoms of food poisoning, including severe nausea, stomach pain, and vomiting. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support from the staff. When we informed them about our condition, they showed no urgency or concern. We were told to simply “wait until morning” and to call an ambulance ourselves if things got worse. That kind of attitude is not only unprofessional – it’s dangerous. It’s absolutely unacceptable to serve potentially poisonous food and then refuse to take responsibility when customers become seriously ill. This was not just a bad dining experience – it was a serious health risk. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially if the staff continue to ignore basic food safety standards and show such a shocking lack of care for their customers’ well-being.

Hotel is really old, rooms are smells bad , stuff is fine , one reception girl turkish she is not really helpful, jim pool all smells bad and old , Alania city is good but hotel disappointed us
