First Floor Vista Cay Condo W free Resort Access

Lovely Vacation club units. At least 3 bedrooms and a beautiful view. I didn't purchase into the club that day, but I'm considering doing so. Valet trash service, multiple pools, room service touchscreen mounted tablets and well lit parking lots/hallways.

We recently went on a tour of Vista Cay and I have to say I was not impressed. They said it was a luxury building and that it was built only 2 yrs ago but it seemed already run down and lacking maintenance. The hallways are very basic with poor lighting and there are trash bins 🤢 that obviously smell as soon as you step off the elevator. The rooms are basic to be honest when they describe luxury this is not the image that comes to mind. Also because the resort is also a residential building there are many balconies that lack maintenance and it's not really appealing. They do have an in room service system that I liked but it wasn't even working lol 🤣 so there's that. I don't know some might say the location of the place is worth over looking some things because it is like right across the street from Universal Epic but after the presentation I really was just expecting more. So for that reason I would not recommend this place.

Rooms were worse than a road side motel. Front desk staff was overwhelmed and long waits because of complaints from guests. The room was supposed to be ready by 4pm as said on the reservation and still was not ready until 5:30pm. We were told by the front desk staff that they over book and the last guests to arrive are sent to other locations. Not acceptable. Bartenders were the best part about our stay! Very friendly and inviting although drinks were very pricey. For two people to have a mixed drink was $45. Pool was nice and heated. For the price, it is not worth it. Overcrowded and lots of complaints. People hanging out in the lobby (camped out). One could only assume that they experience this wait time constantly.
