First Hotel

Classic style hotel, rooms are a bit old but clean. Buffet breakfast is very delicious, but the menus rarely changes every day. However, they have another restaurant named Hoa Vien which has lots of typical VN food. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, caring, helpful and took care of me when I was sick. I am really impressed with the staff attitudes and will return to this hotel soon.

5 stars for location! After a long flight, it was amazing to be 10 minutes from the airport and the transfer was so smooth. The rooms are dated but clean. The shower was quite difficult to get in and out of even though I am 30yo and relatively fit. Someone older than me with knee or hip issues would have had no chance to get in or out without getting hurt. The pool was ok but across the road and no towels available which was a shame.

worst stay ever. 18 hoan first hotel. Rooms are too small size it's not comfortable. and Bath tub size is too small it's only comfortable for kids. hotel is charged for small things like slippers, water bottles. and A/C is not working. In a kettle i found lots of small hairs. and Lots of mosquitoes in the Restaurant. cleaning and hygiene not maintained.[bed linen isn't good mattresses torn lots of mosquitoes in smoking zone. it's looking like i came in very old generation hotel.also for Vegetarians very less options in Breakfast. i will never Back. &very disappointed.
