First Hotel Statt

A very cool and beautiful hotel in the centre. So much history and interesting details. Great breakfast, big rooms and comfy beds.

An emblematic and historic hotel full of information and historical events, rooms and details of the era, located in the center of the city, on the boulevard, surrounded by emblematic and historical sites. A hotel set in the period, nothing technological, but it has an elevator, good televisions, fire system, Wi-Fi. The staff service is spectacular, EVERYONE, polite, attentive, very willing. The food, as good as the service, very good alternatives, very well distributed, good selection of tea, very good coffee, the taste of the food is good, healthy, clean, neat, tidy, large historic rooms to enjoy the food of the setting and the view. If you need to make alternative purchases, they have everything a few meters from the main (automatic) door. Little close to the train station.

Close to unacceptable. If I weren’t here on a business trip, I’d have never stayed at this hotel. I’ll be suggesting it’s removed from our company’s approved hotel list in future. The room was dated, dirty, and smelled musty. Furniture was very, very old and there were stains and hairs in the bed. Shower is the poorest I’ve ever seen in Europe. I’ve included photos.
