First Joy Hotel

I stayed at First Joy Hotel for about 3 nights. The cleanliness was great and the service was excellent, the staff were always smiling and welcoming. The hotel is close to the airport, which is very convenient. Breakfast doesn’t have a wide variety, but it covers the basics: eggs, vegetables, cheese, tea, and coffee. Special thanks to the amazing lady at the reception, she speaks Arabic and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place for a short and comfortable stay near the airport!

We stayed at First Joy Hotel for 10 days with family and had a great experience overall. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the coffee was excellent — we looked forward to it every morning! The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Only downside: the rooms could use better soundproofing, as we could sometimes hear hallway and neighboring room noise. Still, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families looking for a convenient and comfortable hotel.

We booked this hotel believing it was a 4‑star property, but the reality was far from it. It doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars at best.. Room design is very poor, looked like a very basic old apartment. The bed cover was dirty (hairs and stains). The shower barely dripped water. The lobby’s restroom was in poor condition, and overall cleaning is unacceptable. Significant improvements in cleanliness, soundproofing, and facility maintenance are needed. I would not recommend it in its current state.
