I had my wedding at The Fitler Club, and I cannot express how amazing the experience was. All of the staff were extremely kind to me and my guests. The hotel staff, wedding staff, bartenders, and every other staff member we encountered were all top-notch. Amy, the event coordinator, was a godsend. She is quick, organized, kind, and just overall amazing. My guests raved about the food and the uniqueness and beauty of the venue. I highly recommend The Fitler Club!
I recently attended an open house at the Fitler Club and was thoroughly impressed! The venue is stunning, offering everything from a gym, restaurant, and sports bar to a movie theater, bowling lane, outdoor balcony, and boutique hotel—just to name a few highlights. It was a pleasant surprise to run into a family member at the bar who shared valuable insight into membership. The amenities, including workspaces, three-hour complimentary parking, and car service, make it even more appealing. Decisions, decisions! I plan to visit again—at the very least, to try the burger I’ve heard so much about.
Flew in from CA to attend a law friends company brunch yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The interior/location of the venue is stunning, but some of the staff’s attitude was shockingly cold and unwelcoming. It was so uncomfortable that I had to leave early, despite wanting to support my friend’s beautiful event. The bar staff basically refused to serve us, saying they “had a lot going on,” and when we asked to speak with a manager, we was told they didn’t owe us that courtesy. I’ve never encountered staff who made guests feel like a burden. The place was also half empty……very confused. Sadly, I wasn’t the only one who felt this way, several others also chose to leave. The lack of diversity among the staff seems to be the issue in my opinion and all that comes with. My friend raved about this place but as a member at Gravitas in BH… she should save her money. Black women are treated much better there & other places. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I hope my friends reconsider their memberships.
