We had booked 3 of us to stay with a spa package, unfortunately one of our group had a family bereavement and they refund her money without hesitation! Staff were exceptional! Food was amazing and the spa was so relaxing and we didn’t feel rushed at all! Overall experience 5star!! Well done to an Irish family run hotel, showing the rest how it’s done!!
Would 100% recommend and return again. Great friendly service from all local staff. It was an incredibly busy day at the hotel but despite all the different events that the hotel were juggling we had a great meal and all guests were catered to. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Excellent service throughout. This is an example of how a hotel should be run.
Stayed there twice recently. Such a lovely hotel. Kids loved the petting farm and the playground. Rooms were spotless. Excellent breakfast , fantastic service , was offered lots of tea and coffee, great selection at the buffet as well as a menu to order from Room service was delicious. Toasted sandwich and pot of tea .
