The hotel huge however its old, there is no facilitate and the Air condition A/C was not working we could not sleep at night at all, even we change the Rooms, we book for 2 night but we check out the next day. for the food was very bad i don't recommend it at all, this morning we had breakfast and the scramble eggs and the cheese that they add it to the eggs was smelly and it teats weird and its seem expired. the hotel have great expectation but with the poor management especially wit the view and the beach. its expensive and rated as 4 star while i can say it dose not seems to be 4 star hotel its less than that. hope they change the management and get more experience staff and improve the services.

There is not a single sign outside the building with the name of the hotel. You have to just trust Google maps. There are no valets to park your car or doormen to help with the luggage as in other 4 star hotels in the Emirates. There was no bellhop to show us the room. Room are numbered in a strange sequence with every odd number on the opposite side of the building. Not very clever or convenient. The doors did not open with the card, even after repeated attempts by the tech guy. He finally used a master key to let us in. Rooms are large and gaudy. Few guests, no pool, spa or anything to do. All you can do is sleep. The place is ideal to shoot a 70s horror movie.

We went there using a Groupon deal. To put our experience short we checked out in a day when the deal was for two days. Rooms are average. I guess people who comes with deal are put in a separate block. No good room service, buffet is pathetic and charged 100 dhs not sure why !!!!! Nothing much to entertain you around and we spent 30 mins on balcony n not sure what bit me and returning with a swelling on leg. Good luck to you if you are planning to stay here.
