Five Points Square City Center

Great location. Near almost every good spots within walking distance. But funny thing I cannot understand is, why the bed is so small? feels like I was literally sleeping in a craddle. they put 2 beds together, allows me to spread the arms .I am not complaining, just out of curiousity why hotels use this kind of bed.

Total scam — avoid this place This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos on Booking.com and other sites are completely fake — they make the place look spacious and modern, but in reality, the rooms are tiny, cramped, and uncomfortable, barely the size of a matchbox. They don’t even provide basic amenities like a dental kit, which is ridiculous for the price they charge. But the worst part? Their checkout policy. I was just 5 minutes late, and they charged me half a day’s rate. Seriously? That’s not hospitality, that’s exploitation. And speaking of hospitality — the receptionist was extremely rude, with no manners or sense of how to deal with guests. You’d expect someone at the front desk to be helpful or at least polite, but she was the complete opposite. Why is someone like that even in this role? Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this hotel one star if I could. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The hotel staff is not customer-oriented. We had a reservation for two adults. We had a 2-year-old child with us, who sleeps with us in the same bed. We did not ask for an extra bed. But the staff made us cancel the reservation, because only two adults can stay in the room. No arguments were accepted, they offered to rebook the room for three, with an extra bed, which we do not need. If you have children, avoid this hotel, so as not to waste your nerves
