We booked the Secret Suite and had a fantastic stay. The room was great, clean, spacious and comfy and its own terrace was lovely to relax and watch the sunset. The restaurant was fantastic for both evening meal, lunch and breakfast. We had a treatment each at the spa which was amazing. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend!
We had a truly wonderful stay at Five Seas! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team was incredibly attentive, always helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Even at a time when reservations were nearly impossible to get, they still managed to organize some lovely last-minute bookings for us — we were so impressed. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Five Seas team, we would love to come back anytime!
We were looking forward to our first stay in Cannes and chose this hotel for its high reputation. Due to a professional commitment, we requested to shift our booking by one day – this was refused, even though the hotel was not fully booked and staff confirmed on-site that an extension would have been possible. For a property of this category, the strict reference to cancellation policies feels inflexible and not guest-oriented. Our stay ended up being much shorter and did not meet our expectations.
