We can’t possibly say enough good things about our vacation in Miramar, staying at the incredible beach house, “Seaclusion”, and our awesome experience with Five Star Beach Properties. Five Star is such a top notch management company. They are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and prompt to return your call if you leave a message. From helping us with booking our initial reservation, to answering all of our questions along the way, they (their whole team) have been the most accomodating, helpful, professional and friendly management company we have ever worked with. The check-in process and check-out process was easy, as they give detailed instructions. They quickly addressed and resolved a very minor maintenance problem we had the first day of our arrival. The property was exactly as they described it, so there were no surprises. Mike, the manager, even took the time to text us helpful links and fishing tips for our grandsons (who had never salt water fished before). They just had a way of making us feel like we were a priority and important to them. Mike, the manager, does a great job of managing his team. I highly recommend Five Star Beach Properties. Our family had so much fun and made such great memories. We will definitely use them again!!!

The experience with the rental company was great. Everything that was needed was in the kitchens and the umbrella/chair and bikes included were a nice touch. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Pool was nice and super close to beach!

Property: HAKUNA MATATA Avoid this company at all costs. Have spent many summers in 30A renting with other companies- no issues ever, always had a great experience. Ventured out with this company due to the property and they have turned our vacation into a nightmare. Amongst other things, the property has been without air conditioning for 4 days since we arrived on Saturday. We have since discovered this AC has been out for a week at this property, predating our stay. Yes this is Florida in late July. The temp has been over 100 degrees. Their fix is fans and 2 small units that keep the house a balmy 88 degrees. Their management style is to be completely unavailable and when reached arrogant and rude, cannot be bothered to do their job. Have never experienced a management company like this and will be avoiding them and any of their properties going forward. Will be updating with pics and more information this week Update: the AC was not fixed for the entirety of our stay. The top floor of the main house where the kitchen, primary suite, and views remained in the upper 80s for the entire stay. The ice machine that was broken prior to our arrival was also never fixed, no repair person ever arrived to address it. The company did not provide alternatives such as another property or compensation for the issue. Eventually after confronted with the frustrations of the entire group and a week of calling with very little response, they reluctantly offered 20% of the rental price refund not including taxes or fees. Bottom line the property was not by any means a luxury rental and it is clear this company does not care about maintaining the property nor serving their customers. I have included pictures of the property to highlight the conditions and hope this helps others avoid a similar situation.
