Very good location, decent rooms, everything you need is there.

It’s close to the bus stop3 minutes.(MRT st. 20min) we could reach anywhere in downtown and some other places easily and cheap by bus. Lots of Indian and Chinese restaurants. Some of the restaurants are running business for 24 hours.😘 A supermarket is near by with great prices. During the weekend, there are workers (from Bangladesh or India) hanging around the area and some of them could be drunk. But it’s safe(single travelers). Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. It got a beautiful building, clean organized and quiet.

Stayed here with young family. We stayed in a disability accessable room with a wet room for the bathroom. We found the room pretty big, however with the fold out bed out there isn't a huge amount of room to move around (especially if you were in a wheelchair). The main bed was huge, and very comfortable. The room had good air conditioning, a large TV with enough channels to find something to watch. There are a number of storage places in the room, under cupboards, in overhead boxes. Only real frustration with the room was the lack of hanging space out options. There is a small rack for handling a few items, but there is no where to hang damp towels or smelling else. We found the room to be clean and pretty quiet. There is decent free WiFi throughout the hotel that was fine for streaming kids shows. On each floor outside the lifts there is a cold and hot water dispenser and each room has a kettle, jug and tea or instant coffee facilities as well as a mini bar. Check in (and out) was very quick and easy, the staff are all multilingual and very helpful when it came to ordering taxis or directions.
