We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Guests were greeted individually and asking for our needs during breakfast, which was a nice touch. Each room includes a complimentary 30-minute massage session. We highly recommend staying in the Double Deluxe room, which features a double bed and a lounge area. Although there was a small issue with our room, it was resolved efficiently. Thank you Cindy for listening and taking the initiative to address our concern. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back next time.

A Truly Heartwarming Stay – More Than Just a Hotel We stayed at Fivitel Boutique Hotel Danang for 4 nights and 5 days, and it was one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is perfect — right near the CBD, which made it easy for us to walk to all the places we wanted to explore, including sightseeing spots, massage parlours, and local shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt at home throughout our stay. But what truly touched our hearts happened on the last day: it was my son’s birthday, and during checkout, the staff surprised us with a birthday cake and even sang for him. Their thoughtfulness and warm gesture made us feel so special — it was unforgettable. We stayed at a luxury resort for two nights after Fivitel, but honestly, nothing compared to the comfort and happiness we felt at Fivitel. Even after six months, we still look back at the heartfelt card and photo they gave us and feel grateful for those beautiful memories. If we ever return to Danang, we will definitely stay at Fivitel Boutique Hotel again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warmth, great service, and a genuine human touch.

We had such a lovely stay here. When we arrived we were told that we got upgraded to a bigger room with city view which was so nice to hear. The staff at the front desk and everyone were super friendly. They found out through our booking details that it was my husband’s birthday, so they organized a cute cake for him and sang him birthday song. This gesture made us so happy and we really appreciate the staff for doing this. Thank you so much ⭐️ ❤️
