⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect stay at Fivitel Hoi An! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Everything was spotless – seriously one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every single day, and you could tell the staff take real pride in keeping everything immaculate. The shuttle service was first-class. Even when there weren’t enough guests signed up for the shuttle, they arranged a free taxi for us without hesitation — super helpful and professional. Breakfast had a huge variety and something for everyone. But the best part? The overall cleanliness. From the lobby to the rooms to the rooftop — everything was shining! The staff were unbelievably kind, warm, and helpful. Every single person we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming — it really made us feel at home. The rooftop infinity pool and gym were also top-notch — beautiful views, clean, and well maintained. I’m incredibly happy with my stay and can truly recommend Fivitel Hoi An 100%. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Small well run hotel with beach access right across the road. Rooms were modern, free push bikes to borrow for a short ride to the main street. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and the staff went out of their way for you! Shuttle bus into the old town was an added bonus. Excellent value for the price we paid.

Of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, this one was the one that disappointed us a little. We wanted a hotel outside of the center of Hoi An to enjoy a seaside break during our trip to Vietnam. From the photos, this hotel looked gorgeous, but when we arrived, we realized that those pictures were really too good, and the hotel, while decent, is getting on in years. The sea view panorama is completely ruined by the ruins of the buildings facing the beach. The buildings have no roofs, and this isn't visible in the photos. The hotel pool is really small and in disrepair. Some tiles are missing and it needs renovation. The hotel staff, however, was very kind. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although there was almost no sweet food in favor of savory options. Unfortunately, the beaches near the hotel are also dirty, affected by erosion, and the sea water smells of gasoline. When we were there, there were ships anchored dozens of meters from the beach. In short, not a nice place to go to the beach. Last but not least, they didn't make our bed for two days straight.
