Wonderful staff, fantastic experience, great location, supermarket and food galore outside the property. Bus stops both sides of road for free bus. Great neighborhood, friendly, welcoming, fla village is a GEM .and was as per the photos when booking.POOL IS HUGE AND CLEAN. restaurant out front of resort( halal).
Spent an amazing 5 days here. The pool is always sparkling, the in house food is cheap and the staff are amazing. I was specifically impressed and grateful for the fact that they were extremely flexible regarding refunding a day that we had booked by accident. No stress, no hassle. Just fantastic. Special shout out to Linh ❤️
When Booking.com charged us 3x more than they advertised, Jane mentioned it as soon as we checked-in, offering us a full refund via the Booking site and then charged us a normal price. Thank you Jane! Jane was also instrumental in connecting us with car rental…thank you! The swimming pool is great and large, but no sun beds are available around.
