Rooms were very nice and clean. The pool on the roof is great with an amazing view at night. Hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the town square and most of the sites. The breakfast was outstanding! Id definitely stay here again!
Super amazing and friendly staff, always ready to help, the breakfast was amazing and, as a pilgrim in its way to Santiago, they made sure it was ready way before the suppose hour of opening just to accommodate my needs. The room was pretty big and very well clean and hygienic. Definitely recommend it.
I interacted with a handful of staff, and every person was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby is also nice to be in, which is rare for me. However, the rooms are tired and worn out. The fridge did not work. The floor is lifting in places which is annoying to trip on at night. The walls are paper thin so it's not quiet, you hear rolling bags down the hall and adjacent rooms' conversations. The breakfast was expensive and amounted to cold cuts and bread. This is not a 4 star hotel (maybe it was 20 years ago), it needs serious TLC
