My family and I spent New Year's holidays at the Flagman Hotel and were absolutely delighted! Our stay in room 307 was simply unforgettable. Room 307 was spacious, cozy and perfectly clean. Modern design, comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities made our stay as pleasant as possible. There was a wonderful view from the window, which added a special charm. The New Year's tour was organized at the highest level. The program of events was rich and interesting: competitions, show programs, children's entertainment - all this created a festive atmosphere and gave a lot of positive emotions to both adults and children. The New Year's banquet exceeded all our expectations. A wide range of dishes, excellent service and festive decoration of the hall created a real fairy tale. Each dish was prepared with love and attention to detail, and the staff were attentive and ready to help at any time. We would like to express our special gratitude to the administrator Julia. Her professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness made our stay even more comfortable. Julia was always ready to help with any question, provided useful information and did everything possible to make us feel at home. The Flagman Hotel was a real discovery for us. We received a lot of positive emotions and enjoyed excellent service and hospitality. Many thanks to the entire hotel team and Yulia personally for an unforgettable New Year's holiday! Very noisy on weekend because of party in restaurant. Food good and bed king size very good.
