Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive

It was amazing! The staff are very friendly and the room was always clean. Sometimes they forget to fill the mini fridge in the room and also we don’t like the sound of construction noise on the territory. The food in the restaurant was delicious, they did different themes of cuisine. Because of construction some areas was close. But overall it was really cool vacation and for sure I will recommend it to everyone!

My stay at Flamingo Cancun Resort was ok experiences It started with painfully slow room service and a leaking bathroom ceiling in our room. Water was literally dripping onto the entrance and bathroom the floor was wet and dangerous We called the front desk multiple times, but it took a day to fix the problem. The bathroom tub is dangerous is to tall to get in and out. For my experience we had great services at the restaurants in Albatros always we had a wonderful time. I went to celebrate my birthday on August 12, 2025 and Miguel make my night wonderful with his excellent service and wonderful personality that make you smile 😃 all night. Is very crowded in the mornings for breakfast. We did early 7am better. No wifi in the bedrooms. And I was very disappointed 😞 with the beach had a lot of sargazo . This was our fist time in cancun for the future I will go in another time. They said Oct, Nov, Dic the beach is clean. Overall we had a great time.

Terrible Service and staff is not friendly. The food and the buffet are not good, and they charge extra for shrimp and lobster. Some of the alcohol brands are not included in the all-inclusive. This is a bad advertisement. When you pay for an all-inclusive resort, everything should be included. Another bad thing is housekeeping. They make sloppy jobs cleaning the rooms.
