Great place for family with kids. Many activities, service is quite okay but not perfect. But still good enough in general

Great facilities, and beautiful semi rural location outside Hanoi and close to the airport. We unfortunately felt that it wasn't great value for money. This was our last night in Vietnam after an amazing 3 week holiday spent all over Vietnam, staying in some awesome places offering great value for money. We had to check out at 12pm. We were told when we checked in that we could still use the pool and Spa facilities when we checked out as our taxi was only collecting us at 1430pm for the airport. However when we did check out the following day the use of the facilities was suddenly not possible. After a lot of back and forth and negotiating we were eventually allowed to use the pool. We were here in January and most of the restaurants were also closed which was a pity! The staff try hard but sadly it is very evident that this is a corporate run establishment with a lot of rules and not a lot of flexibility.

You are able to stay everywhere, but this places where the services really poor. They no need to provide some convenient for you! My family and i never and never combank there or any place in the north of the Viet Nam.
