Flamingo Hotel & Spa Pet Friendly

I had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The customer service was truly exceptional — every staff member was warm, professional, and attentive, especially Hakan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food was absolutely amazing. The variety and quality exceeded all expectations. The amenities were also top-notch, with everything impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. It made our trip unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I had a pleasant stay at Flamingo Hotel in Oludeniz. One of the most distinctive features of the property is its lush, green environment—mature trees and abundant vegetation create a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere that sets it apart from many other hotels in the area. The landscaping is thoughtfully done, and the design of the reception hall, bar, restaurant, and other common areas is both stylish and functional. Everything was impeccably clean, both inside the room and around the pool area. The kitchen staff were kind and attentive, and the breakfast selection was quite good, offering a variety of fresh options. That said, there were a few drawbacks. My superior double room with pool view was much smaller than expected—the space between the bed and the wall allowed only one person to move at a time. Also, pool towels are not provided, so guests need to bring their own. Most notably, the most beautiful pool—the one featured prominently in many of the hotel’s photos—is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the bungalows. I wasn’t aware of this in advance and was quite disappointed, as I had specifically been looking forward to using that pool.

The ambience of the hotel is absolutely charming and creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast could do with a bit more care and attention – for instance, I wouldn’t particularly recommend the omelette. In the evenings, there is an open buffet, although drinks are charged as extras. The décor of the bungalow rooms feels somewhat mismatched and doesn’t quite complement the overall character of the hotel, though they are comfortable enough. Aida deserves a special mention – she is wonderfully welcoming, exceptionally attentive and always greets you with a warm smile, which genuinely enhances the whole experience.
