Flamingo Place One Block To Lauderdale Marine Center 3 Bedroom 2 Bath King Bed

Fun place to stay and friendly staff. I arrived late and had a difficult time getting the key out of the lockbox because it was dark.. I had to ask someone to do it for me. I loved the hotel and the pool and I plan to return. The cab driver from the airport tried to scam me . Told me it was cash only once I was the car and would not let me out until I called the police.

We live in the neighborhood and have our guest from out of town stay here. This is a European style hotel with a hot tub and pool and kitchenettes in the rooms. The hotel has a vintage feel yet they maintain a high standard of cleanliness and nice decorating along with great air conditioning. From the hotel you can walk to the kayak and boat rentals (Las Olas paddle boards), boat tours (Riverfront Cruises), beach (15 min max), restaurants, shops, spas and so on. My suggestion is to hire landscapers to come weekly to refresh the landscaping outside the gates of the hotel (street side) and also to open a coffee shop onsite from 7-12 pm considering that the Modern Rose coffee shop across the street closed recently.

Hot tub and pool are just fantastic. Location is also great. Room was extremely dated and some of the windows had broken glass on the exterior. Practically had to beg for a 1 hour late checkout despite it being a Tuesday and there couldn’t have been more than 5 rooms booked the entire time we were there.
