FLAT hotel de fama internacional

Thank you to Hytalo at the reception for his exemplary kindness and friendliness. He was able to give me advice in English about restaurants and places to visit. I was staying at the hotel for a business convention held at the Goiania Convention Center. I was very satisfied with the quality of the rooms and the cleanliness of the premises. I highly recommend this hotel and thank the reception once again for their incredible service.

Average rooms. A few things in room needed attention...burned out light bulbs, shower head needed replacement. Wished there were American television shows available in English. The breakfast buffet was very generous. 👍 All in all, my dad and I enjoyed our 4 day stay there while visiting with my brother, his wife and family.

The hotel enjoys a prime location and serves a good breakfast, but its overall condition has significantly deteriorated due to a lack of maintenance. Room lighting was faulty in two different rooms, walls in the rooms and corridors were dirty, and the elevators had broken floors and mirrors. The internal door of the room even came off, though the staff provided a room change after being informed. Unfortunately, signs of neglect are visible throughout the hotel, indicating an urgent need for repair and upkeep. While the staff were adequate, the poor maintenance overshadowed the experience.
