The apartment is in a beautiful building in the historic center and very nice. However, the total lack of flexibility at check-in can make the holiday very complicated: in our case, due to the train strike, it becomes impossible for us to be sure of arriving by the scheduled check-in time (7pm); so we call the managers, explain the problem (obviously independent of us), but we are told that if we had arrived further we would not have been able to enter the apartment (among other things already paid for)!!! It would have been enough, for example, to ask a favor from a nearby restaurant, but they didn't want to listen to reasons and try to find a solution. As for the house, I point out the need for maintenance (the door of one of the two bathrooms doesn't close, the shower in the other is not watertight and the floor floods with water), as well as some more attention to detail (don't leave the vacuum cleaner and mop in sight) and cleanliness (the shower frames are very dirty).
