FLC City Hotel Beach Quy Nhon

We had an amazing stay at FLC Hotel! The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of both the mountains and the ocean — truly unforgettable. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a delicious cake for our anniversary, a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The staff overall were fantastic, but a special shoutout goes to CHARLIE. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thanks to her, what was meant to be a 4-night stay turned into 8! As an HR and recruitment manager myself, I would hire her without hesitation — she’s a true asset to the hotel. The spa was also a highlight. I only discovered it toward the end of our stay, but I went twice in two days and would have gone every day if I’d started sooner. On a side note, the pool area can sometimes get a bit loud and crowded, especially for those used to a more European-style quiet atmosphere, but that’s part of the experience when exploring a different culture. All in all, a wonderful stay — and again, thank you to Charlie for making it extra special!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you need. We had a direct sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a small gym and a pool with plenty of sun loungers. The breakfast was generous and offered a great variety of options. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk from the beach. The lobby is beautifully designed, providing a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a coffee. A special thanks to Charly, who works at the hotel and organized our transfer to Hoi An. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Wow, This hotel is truly exceptional & quite frankly THE BEST hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam so far in my 2 month trip. I booked 5 nights here. My room rate included breakfast, a wonderful lap pool & a gym & a Balcony with ocean view. The hotel is across the beach ( access through hotel tunnel), the rate was very cheap & it has exceptional reviews. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.Prior to coming I was in communication with the hotel & they arranged a free pick up at the airport, which was so useful. Phu Cat airport is not close to Quy Nhon, a 45 minute drive to be exact so I was so grateful for the pick up. Check-in went really smoothly. I asked for a quiet room on top floor away from noise /people, & the hotel was able to accommodate my request without any issues. I had a Delux Double room with balcony (#1802) The room was huge, impeccably clean, the balcony was large, & the view was absolutely stunning. This was the first time in my stay in Vietnam, where I was given such a gorgeous room. I almost cried, as it was so beautiful.I had a little mini fridge & a kettle which I used every day. My shower had piping hot water & I never ran out. The water pressure was very strong.The entire hotel had a very luxurious feel. It was very clean & beautiful. As a lap pool swimmer, I enjoyed swimming every day in the clean 25m pool & it was never crowded. In fact, early in the morning I was alone. Beware, water temperature is ice cold ( pool is not heated)but as a lap swimmer, it never bothered me. Water temperature varies between 24to 26° depending on if it’s sunny outside or not. The pool area had a lot of shade as the building blocked the sun. I personally love the sun, but I know locals don’t so that’s a bonus for them. Now let’s talk about breakfast: I don’t eat much in the morning, but I do love to have a little bit of fruit & I absolutely love my peanut butter toast on brown bread. I have not been able to find this in Vietnam as most people eat soup and noodles in the morning. But this breakfast buffet HAD PEANUT BUTTER AND BROWN BREAD. I was so happy! The options catered to Westerners, Europeans as well as Asians as they had so many different choices. I was very very impressed with their breakfast buffet & quite frankly it was the best I’ve seen so far in Vietnam.Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room. They amenities were great. The shower gel/shampoo smelled so good that I washed myself so many times a day just because I loved the smell. AC worked great although loud, fridge was not very cold but it wasn’t much of an issue for me. I kept my balcony door open & there were no mosquitoes or bugs coming in which is great! The best part of this hotel was the staff. So kind & all respectful. Shout out to the lovely Charlie (Nguyen) who really took the time to chat with me every morning to make me feel welcomed. She is an intelligent young woman with exceptional English language skills( The only person at the hotel that was fluent in English). Apparently she is also also learning Korean. She made my stay wonderful. As a solo traveler, it’s important for me to connect with people at the hotel but language barriers can be issued in Vietnam so thank God for Charlie! She even went above and beyond to help me with my SIM card & with another hotel booking, I was trying to cancel. When someone goes above & beyond for their customer, they not deserve recognition but a raise so if there’s any manager reading this, please give this young lady a salary raise as she is exceptional and deserves it. Finally at my check out day, they allowed me a late checkout an hour later with no additional fees.All in all, I highly recommend anyone coming to Quy Nhon to book here. The area is very accessible, there are two convenient stores 2min from the hotel. There are 2 major grocery stores 20 min walk from the hotel. There is a laundry place 6 min around the corner of the hotel. What more can you ask for?Thank you FLC hotel for making my stay exceptional. You are now on my number one list of hotels & I will be back.
