FLC Halong Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort

Amazing Rooms, Amazing services, Breakfast was lovely and many varieties of Veg and non veg options. Bit far from the Bay and cruise area. But everything was perfect with the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel—staff were super friendly, especially Mr. Vo Doan An and Mr. Simon from Guest Relations for their incredible support. I’ll definitely return!

Rooms are amazing great place and location is convenient enough if you have a car. Biggest problem is: smoking. People smoke everywhere, the outdoor pool is full of children and everyone is smoking when asked the staff they said it’s normal to smoke next to 3 years old children and you gotta accept the culture, nowhere else to go in a 5 stars hotel when everyone smokes it’s crazy. Also they only give you one card key for the room we are in 3 and wanted at least 2 card keys and they said no!? Why not!? I want to go out for a room while my wife goes for pool and I need to call her to open the room for me !? Because we are only allowed one card key as the staff at check in said. Why!? That’s crazy. The beaches near here are not clean enough lots of garbage wash out to the sand and everything int he showers smells horrible. Maybe it’s just the culture and for Vietnamese people it’s normal idk but it’s crazy to think that’s their 5 stars service.
