FLC Luxury Resort Vinh Phuc

Great place for a getaway, it seems to get a lot more quiet on a Sunday so it’s a real change of scenery compared to the vibe of busy Hanoi. Food is better than expected, staff very attentive and family friendly with playground and indoor play area for children.

FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly - it was clogged. Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect.

Only good thing here was a breakfast. Location is good but not maintained properly. 1) Room, third and poor category with water dropping from the ceiling 2) wardrobe is broken inside, ply came out of the wardrobe 3) sandwich was served stale quality and a dirty napkin. Returned it and got charged for it. 4) hot Chocolate was worst (i paid for it) 5) Billiards cue sticks are without tips so unable to enjoy it 6) Ecofarm closed, no activities 7) Fish Pond closed 8) Bird farm moved and closed 9) Golf we requested to play, no one responded to help us. 10) Hard mattresses, not easy to sleep. Got backpain after one night stay. How they says FLC is a luxurious resort? It's worst! Do not ever plan to come here. I booked for two nights and left after one night stay and didn't got refund or anything back.
