I stayed at this hotel for a quick vacation, Starting with the reception, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for the stay. The hotel offers a dedicated parking spot for your room, which adds to the convenience. The room itself was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need: soap, shower gel, shampoo, shaving blades and gel, toothpaste and a toothbrush, even sewing materials. Every detail was carefully considered, and the layout felt perfect. I booked two double rooms—one with a full sea view and the other with a side sea view. Interestingly, the side sea view still provided a stunning, unobstructed view of the sea. The stay was for two days and one night, costing 3000 EGP per room, including breakfast. For the quality and experience, I’d say it was excellent value for money. As for breakfast, it was quite good and satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Pretty solid overall. Some of the food was actually affordable, which was nice. The only real issue was the smell it was all over the place, like they cleaned with dirty supplies or something!

Reception staff was very rude and unprofessional You will be treated differently and not respected if you are civilian not army member. They don’t care if you are satisfied or not I booked only for one night and I mentioned that it will be my last day in Egypt i will arrive late so please make my room ready to sleep and relax On contrary i arrived at 7:00 pm find my room ready but guess what, sheets and blankets are tidy but not clean a lot of hair every wear on the pillows, i called the resection and asked politely and very kindly to clean the room until i go to have dinner and please please make it ready am very tired, i left the hotel and got back at 9:30 pm, for second time i found nothing happened and when i called them they told me we n knocked the door and no answer!! Whatttt, i left the room to be cleaned and you said no answer. Next, crew shift had been changed with no handover and i had to tell my story from the beginning to just clean my room When i asked to change the room because that enough wasting time, the offered me another room in lower level with worse sea view and they said we don’t have any except this one, although the hotel was empty it was week day and at end of day no one will do new book arround 10 -11 pm But they preferred not to help and ruin my last night in Egypt. I accepted the second room also the sheets was not good, if you looking for hygiene and soft sheet and pillows don’t book this hotel it’s horrible in this part I got call in the morning they apologized and asked me if i want to raise a report and i said yes but definitely it will not return my wasted time and tension night After checking out i crossed the road to just have a look on the beach before my flight because I arrived late last night and i didn’t see the beach also i paid for a whole day, they prevented me just to step in as i already checked out The very good thing was location and restaurant staff they were very friendly and helpful, thanks for them they made up my morning
