Flegra Palace

The hotel is in a great location near the main towns and across the road from a lovely beach. The receptionists were so helpful with advice on where to go, booking taxis and just lovely to chat to, thank you Eugenia and Natasa. We had a massage at the spa which was very good and would highly recommend. Rooms were on the smaller size and could do with more storage but maids did a great job of cleaning and fresh towels everyday. Great choice at breakfast and was always kept topped up.

Breakfast was great, rooms nice and clean, lovely pool area. Close taxi journey to the town or a walk if you fancy the heat! Staff were very nice and helpful, had a great holiday here. Only downside was the gym was very small and didn’t have much equipment- a non issue for most people.

Two weeks here. Out rooms was lovely. Our cleaner was brilliant. Pool and gardens were beautifully clean, and every day someone was doing something. Staff were very friendly , and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Bar staff were brilliant , they all spoke English very well. Spa was amazing. We had a massage and enjoyed every minute. Only criticism would be there are a few issues with breakfast. Not enough equipment to deal with all the customers, only one toaster that is placed as you walk in along with only one coffee machine, so there are loads of people milling around blocking the entrance. Eggs and sausages, etc, were all cold. If you're going to serve hot food, then the burners should be on to keep the eggs, etc, warm. Not enough staff dealing with replensing food However, this did seem to improve as our stay went on. On the whole loved this place would definitely go back , loved the beach club .... need to advertise that more as we only found out about it by another guest. But brilliant , all the staff should be very proud. Great place, fantastic people, great atmosphere. Will be going back in October.
