Fleming'S Deluxe Hotel Wien City

Very good value for money - spacious rooms in good location. Rooms maybe need some refurbishment, but they are very clean and feel really cozy. Service was really nice, professional and helpful. Trams just outside the hotel were really not a problem:) Re: bathrooms - for business trips with twin rooms the bathroom could feel problematic ;)

Great hotel! Perfect experience and the staff even organised for a small birthday cake to be left in my room as I was celebrating my birthday during the stay. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Nice and close to subway station

Upon arrival , I was ignored for a few minutes by the reception and one of them , a girl, saying out loud how she needed a break , this is not the treatment we should be given considering the price of the stay. That was very unprofessional. I have been working in customer service for many years before and this is a no no . The room was great although a lingering smell upon arrival ..like sewage smell. I had to leave my windows open the whole stay to help with it but it was always there. I would have liked to get a room with more light , not facing a wall . Overall it felt like being in a box and quite dark , even though the room itself was of great standard . Lovely cleaning staff and check out done by a much nicer and professional person.
