Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Main Riverside

Fleming's Hotel Riverside is a great choice for a stopover in Frankfurt - conveniently located, stylish, and offering good value for money. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated, with everything in great condition. It felt modern and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The added perks like access to the gym and sauna are a nice bonus, especially for a centrally located hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent, but slightly underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience. Some items, like the mushrooms, were overly oily, and the fruit selection kept running out and wasn’t always replenished promptly. Overall, it’s a solid option in Frankfurt - great service, well-appointed rooms, and a fantastic location. A few tweaks to the breakfast offering would make it even better.

All good, in general. Only a couple of things to improve on: you need to warn guests that the restaurant is closed on Sundays: keep in mind that not everywhere is obvious that it is closed on Sundays. When I arrived, I was told: 'Our restaurant is ALWAYS open!'. Frankly, to me the word 'always' means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I really appreciate the fact that check-out is by 12 noon! However, please make it clear to your room-maid not to disturb guests before check-out time. I also really appreciate the fact that you offer smoothies for breakfast. But in my opinion, the buffet selection could be wider. The room is as I expected and the bed is really very comfortable! The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really excellent. The value for money is fantastic! Thank you very much.

Affordability shouldn’t impact quality, and this hotel really shines at that. My room was clean and chilled when I arrived, and the staff were happy to help me with anything I would need. With a tram stop at the front door, and 2 sizable hubs within walking distance, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. Or cross the street towards the Main river, and go for a beautiful stroll towards the cathedral. This will always be my go-to hotel when I stay in Frankfurt.
