Flemings Hotel Munchen Schwabing

Lovely hotel at short walking distance from Munich centre. Very High sleep qualità, comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast and nice people

Nice place Hotel was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Got to check in early as our room was available. This made it easier for us to get out and see Munich. Great access to tram and U, and a nice selection of restaurants in the neighborhood (walk/tram). Would recommend

My daughter and I spent several nights in the Munich Schwabing location. We were generally happy with our choice. Location (easy walk to Münchner Freiheit and public transit) and breakfast were great. The room was small but had two balconies which was helpful for fresh air. There is some construction nearby which made for some noisy mornings but that's certainly not within Flemings control. The minimalist service of the Flemings business model took a little getting used to. There is no reception desk to ask questions or report that the coffee maker in the room didn't work, for example. Room service is every other day (no problem with that). Overall I'd say good value for being right in one of the most upscale neighborhoods of Munich but not a luxury experience.
