My room had a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast selection was alright. Room was comfortable and spacious. Nothing extremely exceptional but there was nothing to pick on either.
Stayed there 14 days, very poor cleaning standards, staff is unhelpfull and forgetfull, room was dark, no fridge, poor quality furniture, restaurant is a joke, they served me half cooked fries. Only positive is location and view. Bad experience, don't rcommend.

While many staff members were welcoming, some struggled to convey genuine warmth. Before my arrival, I sent several requests via email, none of which were acknowledged or fulfilled. This lack of response and respect for guest needs is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses these concerns by ensuring consistent, high-quality housekeeping and improving communication with guests.
