Stayed there with a friend for a night. The bathroom and toilet were very clean, beds were clean, no carpet which is nice. Very clean room overall. Very quiet too. Bed was not the best but its okay Pillow is fine Overall, a good place. The outside iz very nice too Only downside is that its far from the City centre. (An hour walk...)( Tough if you are here by car no problem) ( Which in some cases May be a plus for others)
Good: toilet was renovated. They gave us bread gluten free and soya milk as we asked for it. Bad: all the rest. The photos speaks for themselves, but my 9 year old son said: this is a dark place…it’s true it has no lights, but also we were the youngest in the hotel (so it’s really a resident for old people), even they gave us what we asked for they did it with bad energy. The pool and sauna was closed. They gave us a fun because no air conditioner. The breakfast table was really small with only basic food. Scramble eggs were plastic (but there was cooked eggs). The front desk woman had their shirt almost broken and like a white/ grey. Don’t come here!
-The room was very bad for the price-quality ratio. (Empty and dirty walls, old dirty carpet, bathroom stank of sewers...) We had expected something a bit nicer for the price. -The restaurant was a nightmare. (Almost everything that was served was frozen, not freshly cooked, salad was not washed, not dressed, the meat was cooked terribly dry, chunks were missing from the burgerbuns and still served as if completely normal and the prices are not cheap either, a real scam!) On the first day we both got stomach aches from the previous lunch... -The staff were very nice, but we also asked them what they would suggest for compensation because of the closed sauna/pool area... The manager did not get back to us. This was particularly annoying since we had booked this hotel specifically for a wellness retreat and were only informed 10 hours beforehand that the pool would be closed, and only because we randomly called them for some other information. At that point it was just too late to search for an alternative. The region is really beautiful and there are many beautiful national parks for hiking nearby, but this hotel simply can't be recommended... Stay away. :(
