Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Nieuwegein Utrecht

After having stayed here for 25 days,I can say that I really liked the place. Conveniently placed with extremely polite and meticulous staff....it a was a pleasant experience. The sauna, pool and the gym are a must visit places.Other than the limited food options available at the in-house restaurant,i find no other fault with this place.I will surely come back again in the future!!😀

Really excellent hotel with amazing service and overall lovely atmosphere. Excellent local transport links if you wish to travel into Utrecht or explore the general area. Food was excellent and well-priced by industry standards. Stayed for 3 nights and each day my room was given a light tidy and change of rubbish bin/towels etc. Staff were knowledgeable, polite, and helpful about local travel and general questions. The only slight problem is that there isn't a local 'convenience' store (presuming you're staying for a while and want some creature comforts in your room). The nearest is about a 15 minute walk which, while not horrific, is maybe further than some might might fancy. Given it's close proximity to the A2 though, this hotel is clearly ideal to the business traveller.

We went for high tea in Fletcher . Location is good. Plenty of parking. High tea as such was OK. Although I wouldn't say so for the service. Was asked if we need more tea, and they took the tea pot to refill half way through our slot. And the tea never came back again until we decided to leave . After which they come and said sorry I forgot to bring your tea. I wouldn't be bothered much about this if the restaurant was super busy and they forget to bring out the tea . But the restaurant was almost empty with only two other guests. And the person who took our tea pot away nor anyone else for service came by our table until we left. Certainly not the experience we looked out for that day nor from such a hotel chain. Dissapointed .
