Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Spaarnwoude

We had a good time there. The place is calm. Clean. It's a typical "farm" place. The pool was clean, and there was a very good temperature. The food of the restaurant is good. Good drinks and options of beer. Kind people working there. It's far way from the train and bus station but I was looking for a place like this to rest and walk. The breakfast was good, delicious and fresh food. To be honest, I don't agree with this 3,8, I think they deserve more good classification. Also, we need to recognize if we are paying cheaper, we can't be too much exigency. But, I think what I paid I had more than I was expecting. The only thing I think was the cheaper room doesn't have a fridge, just 1 sheet on the bed, the shower made a lot of mess with water everywhere. But, just thing that we can to lead. I had a good experience.

Check in and out were good, rooms were clean but noisy, bed too soft. Looked good outside until you hear the constant buzzing of the motorway. Waiter had to be called 9/10 times for any service.

Although the place location is nice, the hotel clearly is too expensive and definitely not 4 stars for what it claims. We stayed fro 2 nights, and had no room service - and we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). Returning to the room and finding beds not done and no fresh towels for the price we paid was shocking. Not to mention a bit broken light switch, no fridge and no coffee/tea in a room, poor ventilation. The facilities of the hotel also could be better - the pool area is very outdated, and cold in the shower area, the fact that you need to pay extra for sauna is unwelcoming. Definitely not returning there.
