Terrible experience – misleading facilities and unhelpful management I booked this hotel because the photos and description clearly showed rooms with air conditioning, plus an outdoor pool and bowling. When I checked in at night, there was no AC in my room, no outdoor pool, and no bowling – none of the key facilities they advertised actually existed. The night staff and the morning lady were friendly and told me to come in the afternoon to change rooms. However, the afternoon receptionist (the one responsible for making changes) simply refused to help and claimed the hotel was fully booked, even saying I “never mentioned” needing AC – despite it being in the booking pictures. This is blatant false advertising and unacceptable service. The management clearly doesn’t care about guests, and the unhelpful attitude ruined my stay. If you are thinking of booking here, confirm every facility in writing – because what you see online might not be what you get. I will never stay here again.

Only good feedback i can give is the nice housekeeping people, fresh towels and few restaurant people mainly in the morning shift 1. We came this area to rent a bike and call the hotel to ensure the rental prior to our trip. When we arrived bike shop was closed and there was no bike rentals and still advertising it in front of the hotel 2. Service is very disappointing, waiting times too long and when you try to order a drink or food tou have wait for a lot. 2. Restaurant assistant manager super disrespectful, lacks emphaty and needs serious coaching about guest management 3. There was cv kettle boiler sound just next to the room, although we called 3 times, noone took an action from reception. Overall it is a disaster and not recommended. Veluwe is amazing but nit staying at this hotel

They are exploiting the foreigners and making money at their expense and practicing excessive racism in using the hotel, which makes it look like a prison and not a hotel. The hotel employees treat us with racism and look at us in a very annoying way. They closed all the hotel’s features, from the club, the swimming pool, the football field and everything, out of fear. I did not understand this behavior and taking all these conditions just because we are foreigners. Unfortunately, this is something that exists and people live like this.
