Went here just for the restaurant. Tbh, the food was unexpectedly very nice. I love the duck so much, but their bread was soooo gooodddd, their beef is a bit too sweet but the texture and the spices are on spot. I love how big the dessert actually is. The staffs are friendly, the ambience is really nice for a date night, calming, intimate, and really good overall. I do expect there’s more options for the menu since it’s a hotel afterall. Or small options are okay but can be more authentic or unique. Overall, might gonna comeback for the ambience and the sunset view

Nice hotel on Rotterdam The Hague Airport next to the terminal. Very handy when you have an early morning flight. Rooms are perfect (with a view of the airport) and quiet despite the airport being so close. Restaurant service was a bit slow, the food was very nice.

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing and far from expectations. The breakfast staff in particular left a negative impression. Regardless of whether time we arrived at 9:20, 9:30, 9:40, or even 9:50, the buffet was never replenished, and many key items were unavailable. The staff members appeared disengaged and inattentive, simply observing without taking any action. Moreover, at 10:00 or shortly after, we were asked to leave in an abrupt and impolite manner also many gestures, which felt quite disrespectful, taking into consideration we are customers. Sadly, this experience repeated itself every morning. Housekeeping was also below standard. Although the bedsheets were occasionally adjusted (they change the bedsheet between them) , they were only fully changed if specifically requested or if we were physically present to oversee the process. For a hotel of this level, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness and care. On a positive note, the reception staff were always courteous and helpful, and we had a pleasant experience at the hotel's restaurant (particularly the one with the terrace). Their professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated. Overall, despite the positive interactions with a few team members, I would not recommend this hotel (even for a single night) based on the overall quality of service we experienced.
