The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which makes it perfect for a peaceful stay. There is a lovely restaurant on site, and the interior of the hotel is very nicely designed. The conference rooms are also well-furnished and aesthetically pleasing. A great place for both relaxation and business meetings.
Conclusion: We are not coming back here. The noise: We chose this hotel because so many reviews praised how quiet it is. Sadly that was not the case for us. We went in March, outside any public holiday. The hotel did not seem very busy. We requested a quiet room, but that is not what we got. We were on the first floor, front side of the hotel. You can hear: people coming up the stairs next to our room, people talking in the rooms next to you, people walking the floor above you, people coming into the hotel through the entrance below you, people leaving the restaurant on the front side of the hotel, and the busy roads around the hotel. The first moment it was quiet, was 3am at night. People were coming and going, talking and watching television up until that point. After we finally fell asleep, we were awoken by someone vacuuming outside our room at 7AM. On a Saturday. The room: The room was outdated, no power plugs or usb ports available near the bed. No easy light switch near the bed. Single pane windows, which looked like they might fall apart at any moment. There is no air-conditioning. It was march, and the room was very warm. Also no fridge. Just all very basic. The location: Another big downside is the lack of nature around the hotel. The photos make it look great, but in reality there are roads and houses all around. You cannot walk into nature from the hotel. The food: This is probably the only upside. The breakfast and dinner were fine. During breakfast they did run out of items multiple times and it took a while for them to be replaced. Service: We did not interact much with the hotel staff. The restaurant staff was friendly.
Horrible breakfast. Horrible rooms! (Never a 4 star level!) Nice location. Please check the video for more details on our feedback. I hope the management will improve the rooms and the breakfast! This is absolutely NOT respectful towards your guests!!!!
