Except from a unfriendly cleaning women, who promised to clean my room but never came back. Its a nice place to stay. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet👍.

At first, when we visited as part of office meet-up. We were received very well and our rooms were allotted to us. 1) The rooms did not have any AC provisioned. Had to leave the large windows open to keep us cool when in the bed. The hotel is situated middle of lush greenery where the birds started singing around 04.00a.m. It was too loud that I couldn’t get any sleep. Heard the same complaint from 4 other colleagues too. 2) The meetings rooms were good. Provided with a coffee machine, replaced snacks 2 times a day and plenty of water available to drink all the time. Toilets were accessible too. 3) Breakfast had good options with nuts, variety of cereal, few type of seeds, bread, bacon, eggs and pancakes. This same menu for breakfast everyday that did not change for 3 days. 4) After evening dinner on day 1, the staff attitude towards our office colleagues changed. I was told off not to drink water from an available machine. It was unplugged right in front of me. I don’t want to post what happened with others but it was pretty mean. 5) The locality is amazing. The trees, the uphill / downhill trek to the streets, open garden for team building activities were all amazing.

During our stay at this hotel, we experienced a major problem with the plumbing. Water kept rising in the shower and sink, refusing to drain. Whenever other guests used their toilets, we heard unsettling “croaking” sounds coming from our sink. (⊙_◎) Getting to the room felt like embarking on a serious quest—navigating what seemed like catacombs and labyrinths—just to finally arrive. The staff did call a plumber, but he showed up without any tools, said he couldn’t help, and left. At the reception, they refused to switch us to a different room, which was incredibly disappointing. Moreover, when we decided to extend our stay for one more night, they raised the price by 20 euros for the same problematic room. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional, especially given the unresolved issues. The room’s TV was practically ancient—forget YouTube or Netflix; you’d think you’d traveled back to the 1960s. (¬_¬) Verdict: Apart from its good location and a friendly barista/bartender, the conditions were poor and the service lacked professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value comfort, functional plumbing, or a smooth arrival to your room.
