I've stayed at this hotel before because it's close to the clinic treating my knee disability. While usually reasonable, our recent stay was disappointing. It was 36°C, and the room had no air-conditioning or mosquito screens—we slept poorly, bitten by mosquitoes. Reception claimed all rooms had fans, but ours didn’t. Only after requesting one did my wife have to carry a heavy fan to the room herself the next day. A positive twist to the experience, is that the reception was very supportive in returning my wallet by post, that I left in the safe.

Rooms: No fridge or microwave is available. This is not a hotel but rather an upscale hostel. The walls are extremely thin, allowing for significant noise transfer. Conversations, movements, and even the turning of magazine pages are clearly audible. Noise levels can be disruptive, including highly personal sounds at maximum volume. Service: 4 star Location: There are only few restorants avaliable and food at the hostel was ok. Bring your own small fridge if you are planing stating longer. Overall It is an ok place for the price.

Not worth the money – dirty, unfinished and misleading. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this stay was honestly a disappointment. The place looked like it was either never finished or hasn’t been renovated in years. It felt more like a construction site than a hotel. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly after the last guest. There were disgusting stains on the carpet, and the bathtub had a hole in it – someone had tried to fix it with sealant, but who fills a 10 cm hole like that? It looked terrible and felt unsafe. On top of that, we were charged €1.50 per night as a "state tax" and another €1.50 per day as a "service fee" – but we received no service at all. The staff offered parking for €5, even though it clearly said on Hotels.com that parking was free. Would not recommend staying here. There are better options for the same price.
