We stayed in a family room for four nights. Here’s what stood out: Room: Spacious, very clean, and super comfortable beds. Quiet at night, but lacked adequate storage space for a family. Bathroom: Modern open-concept, but water spread across the floor after every shower—needed wiping each time. Breakfast: Good continental variety with fresh ingredients. Missing: vegan options and hot chocolate for kids. Pool: Offered but not usable for us—guest hours conflicted with breakfast times. Parking: Underground garage with direct elevator access to the hotel. Cost: €17.50/day. Location: Excellent—right next to the central train station, yet quiet (our room faced the other side). Building: Part of a multifunctional complex called LEVEL, also hosting co-working spaces, physiotherapy, and shops. Staff: Very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a good experience with just a few small drawbacks. Would recommend, especially for families who value comfort and central location.

I had to deal with a very rude receptionist. I was sleeping and he called the room. She said, "You should have checked out, but you didn't." We were supposed to stay for four days, and today is the second day. I explained, I gave her my name and our reservation, but she insisted on coming upstairs. Then they just said it was a mistake and didn't even apologize. It's also a noisy hotel. The activity stops very late. Cleaning starts early. After the rude receptionist, thankfully, the housekeeping is very polite and attentive.

We paid 183€ for a room with breakfast. We were put in a room with windows facing a common corridor where people were walking back and forth. It was not very comfortable, so we asked to change the room. We paid an extra 10€ for changing the room. You know, this is the first hotel I wanted to leave as soon as possible. The rooms have an automatic air conditioning system that can be increased or decreased by a maximum of 3 degrees. It was very cold. When my husband called the reception and asked to turn it off, they said that it was impossible. In general, I increased the temperature by 3 degrees on the remote control, but in fact the temperature did not rise by 3 degrees until the next morning, but rose by 1.5 (which did not save the situation). At night, this air conditioner blew on my husband's back, because of which he did not get enough sleep. Why do they impose a temperature on us for our money?! Why don't you ask what temperature is comfortable for you, but choose for us?! Another minus: there was nothing else in the bathroom except soap. I deliberately did not take hand cream, realizing that even in the most ordinary hotel you can always find body lotion. But this hotel does not have that. Only soap (there is not even shampoo). This is very strange, considering the price. The room itself was clean, I will not slander the cleaning ladies. Breakfast was also normal. But this cold ruined everything. We will not stay at your hotel again.
