Fletcher Wellness Hotel Sittard

Just visited the spa, if you get a good deal on the entrance fee take it.

Location and facilities were great! However, the rooms were not. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. I didn’t manage to sleep at all on the first two nights due to these very poor quality beds. Prices were reflective of a 4 star hotel (restaurant, rooms and parking), but overall quality is more that of a 3 star hotel. Rooms and beds need much upgrading to justify it’s asking price.

Where should i begin? I'll write this in English so hopefully more people will read this and realise how bad of a hotel this is. Wellness is fine and clean. Perfect to relax. The hotel part oh boy. 1, the receptionist (bald guy who thinks he is Vin Diesel) is probably deaf since he kept asking me "what did you say?" And "what was that?" A little bit better than the "HUH?" My girlfriend got as a reply. You get more hospitality from the McDonalds across the street. 2, The rooms... the person in front of us got a room with a suitcase already in it. He apparently can get a different room. But when we got a white stained, leak stained, mouldy hole of a room apparently all other rooms are booked. The whole hotel is sold out. While we waited in line he constantly picked up the phone and put it down right away to make it stop ringing. (Service at it's best) Also while we waited and when i went back to talk about the state of the room, MULTIPLE people came back angrily and annoyed about the rooms, the service and cards not working for the doors. All in all, a lousy service, nasty rooms and a nice Wellness area.
