Fletcher Wellness Hotel Stadspark

We were impressed with this hotel. There's atmosphere and the rooms were ok. Or first room was just above the spa and it was noisy. Start away from 327 if you're sensitive to noises. I told them about it and we got another room without problems. The spa is nice, bit small for a day but it's ok. 3 saunas, 1 steam room, relaxation room, cooling area with different options, horrible showers that were hot and cold and short and a pool that's both inside and outside which is nice. Tiny pool outside and two jacuzzis and a big hot tub. Staff was friendly and supportive.

This hotel can be described as a solid 3-star stay. The rooms are fairly comfortable but have clearly seen better days. While the bathrooms are well-maintained, the overall experience is affected by poor soundproofing—you can hear everything happening around you. Housekeeping, in particular, is loud, with staff talking, laughing, and making a lot of noise, which doesn’t create a relaxing atmosphere. A strange aspect of staying at Fletcher hotels is that the showers always have only one all-in-one product. Given that this hotel has its own spa, it’s surprising that they don’t promote their own line of skincare products to guests. This choice significantly cheapens the hotel’s positioning. The mattresses are extremely soft—you sink into them like a hole. If you have back issues, expect to wake up with significant pain. On the bright side, breakfast is standard but quite varied and decent. Overall, the hotel is a solid 3-star option, but the noise levels and mattress comfort make it less than ideal for a truly restful stay.

The booking was wrong from the confirmation mail. On site, every employee found different information in the system, leading to lost time. No explanation about breakfast hours, spa, dinner reservations... Unmotivated staff. Seated at dirty table at the restaurant. Unhygienic spa without personnel present. Not enough space to hang/dry towels in the room. Kind and good cleaning crew.
